CE Supervisor
The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient direction and co-ordination of the human, financial and material resources under their control and thereby achieve the stated aims and purpose of the community employment project.
Liaison:
For the successful implementation of this role there are a number of key relationships, which should be fostered and developed. Primarily these will be with the Department of Social Protection, CE participants, IWA staff and volunteers.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role cover the following areas;
Administration, Training and Development, Human Resources and Community Employment
The requirements for this role are;
QQI Level 6 Major award in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project Management, or related disciplines
3 years management experience.
Previous experience in Administration, Project Management/or Training or other relevant positions.
QQI level 6 Train the Trainer special purpose award or QQI Level 6 Training and Development 6S3372 special purpose award could be a distinct advantage, however, neither award meets the educational level 6 major award criteria required to apply for the position.
