Chef de Partie

Our client: Waterfront Inns Limited T/A Butler & Barry requires Chef de Parties to join the kitchen catering team. The candidates will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of food dishes according to the customer orders with the head chef’s direction. The duties are involved:
Ensure all food preparation meets standards
Prepare and present high quality food
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
The job is based at Butler & Barry, Strand Road, Bray,Co.Wicklow. The annual salary is €30,000, the weekly working hours is 39.
