Data Processor / Administrator
Connect Fleetdata are currently recruiting for a Data Processor / Administrator to join a fuel data management company based in Arklow.
Due to a large increase in the number of customers we have an excellent opportunity for someone who has good spreadsheet skills and is commercially aware to support the business owner.
The Role
This is an important position, providing accurate information to make the diesel rebate claim, which provides income to our customers. You will also be supporting the business owner by managing this area, allowing him to develop other services for our existing and new customer base.
The successful candidate will:
• Prepare detailed quarterly rebate claims for our customers
• Organise the collection of fuel / vehicle information from our customers
• Develop more new solutions to analyse and prepare the data to improve efficiencies
• Resolve any queries with regard to fuel purchases and consumption
Requirements
• Strong computing skills in particular MS Excel
• Good problem-solving analytical skills, accuracy & attention to detail.
• An accounting, finance, or commercial background with 2-3yrs of experience
• A commercial mindset with the ability to communicate financial data
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
Hours per week – 15 -20
