Head chef

We are looking for a Chef experienced in cooking Chinese/Asian cuisine for Kickham Garden.
Applicants must be able to speak good English and ideally have a knowledge of Malaysian/Chinese languages.
The position will come with a 2 year contract. The successful applicant will be required to carry out all duties associated with the running of a busy kitchen including food preparation, food management, stock rotation etc. Successful applicant will also be expected to work well as part of a team
