I am selling my 2006 Ontario 860 CL mobile home. situated in the small, family-owned site of Le Dattier on the French Riviera in Frejus, South of France. It is a quiet and small 4* park which offers a wide range of facilities including two outdoor swimming pools, Table Tennis, Tennis, Pool, Boules, games room and a bar / restaurant with mountain views. During the summer months, there is entertainment at night that is usually a mix of either late night swims or music. We are positioned in the perfect location, overlooking an olive grove with easy access to all site amenities but with enough privacy to ensure a quiet life!
I bought this home 6 years ago and it is in excellent condition since I paid to have the home updated and renovated to a high standard, including brand new decking area, installation of air-con and brand new upholstery for sofa. An extra set of covers for this will be included. The home has two bedrooms, one double and one with two singles and the sofa in the lounge can become a double so the home sleeps 6. It has a shower room and toilet. It will be sold complete with all fixtures and fittings included and so will be ready to be used immediately. This will include:
Outside seating and table plus large BBQ and outside fridge,
All bathroom and toilet accessories,
Bedding for all rooms plus sofa bed,
All utensils, appliances (microwave, oven and grill, fridge, toaster, kettle), pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates, bowls and loads of extras for cooking and serving food,
Small TV with DVD player (TV function is not working but possibly could be hooked up to aerial) in lounge.
Extra fold away table and chairs for use indoors.
