Chef de Partie

Our client: Chilli Tamoto Ltd T/A Chen’s Chinese takeaway located at Parnell Street,Mountmellick,Co.Laois, is currently recruiting for 2 motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen catering team. The candidates will be responsible for producing a variety of food dishes in Chinese cuisine according to the customer orders. The duties are involved: Ensure all food preparation meets standards Prepare and present high quality food Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination. The annual salary is €30,000, the weekly working hours is 39.
