Duties include assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen, monitoring the food quality and hygiene standards and supporting other kitchen staff.

Applicant must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef.

The nature of this role involves work in three locations: 1. La Bucca, Main Street, Ashbourne, Co Meath, 2. La Bucca, Corballis Demesne, Ratoath, Co.Meath and 3. La Bucca, 3 The Green Centre, Dumboyne, Co. Meath
