Job Description:

Preperation of food following HACAP guidelines
Cooking and preparing menu items
Coming up with new menu items
Being responsible for health & safety
Updating menu dietery/allergans
Efficient and timely service of both preperation and food service

Requirements:
At least two years experience working in a commercial kitchen
Working in a busy environment
HACAP qualified
Self starter/Motivator
Sector: accommodation and food service activities
Career Level
Experienced [Non-Managerial]
