Community Employment Supervisor

The Role of the Supervisor is to manage the ongoing recruitment, provision of training and overall responsibility for the Project Management and reporting to the Board of Saothair na nAbhann Teorante.

Work Experience:
Candidates must have 3 years supervisory experience in Administration, Project Management and/or Training or other relevant position

1. Major Award at 3rd Level qualification (QQI Level 6 or higher) in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Project Management, Community Development or a related discipline.
(Please include a copy of qualification Certificate with your C.V.)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes, a high level of keyboard skills, computerised payroll and accounts.
3. Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work duties required

Interpersonal Skills:
1. Effective communication skills
2. Competent report writing skills
3. Experience of working with vulnerable persons and job-seekers
4. Capable of directing, motivating, coaching and mentoring CE Scheme participants
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. Ability to work under the direction of the Sponsoring Organisation for the effective implementation of the CE programme in line with all areas of the CE Procedures Manual
7. Willingness to work with community groups.
