Sous Chef

Oakview Hospitality Limited trading as The Enniskerry Inn is looking for a full-time Sous Chef to join our team.
Responsible for planning and directing the preparation of food. Ability to manage the kitchen. Must be HACCP trained. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
30k per year, 39h per week
