Applicants must have 5 years of previous experience in the preparation, presentation, cooking of Indian Curry dishes, Tandoori oven/starter dishes and also be familiar with HACCP. Have full operational knowledge of all recipes of Indian including Seafood, Meat, vegetables, Fish, Salad & desserts. Applicant needs to be Computer literate, Good English /Bengali & Hindi languages would be advantages. The applicant will also be required to manage kitchen staff timesheet, make weekly special menu, explain dishes to staff and customers, chef supervisor, Stock Control, hygiene Control, work under pressure, be reliable & Flexible and ensure high standards at all-time apply.
