Chef de Parties
Job Description:
As Chef de Partie you will be involved in all aspects of receiving, preparing, cooking and assembling food to our guests and staff. Managing the food stock and ensuring food safety compliance at all times is a priority.
You may have a small team of chefs to supervise and will report directly to our senior chefs in the kitchen.
Your responsibilities may be assigned to any of the sections in the kitchen ranging from breakfast to dinner service and may include banqueting or the pastry section.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years working in kitchens in a culinary position is required and qualification in professional cookery or similar crafts would be preferrable.
