Clancys Bar Cork Limited T/A Clancys Bar Cork at 15-16 Princess Street Cork City is looking for 2 Chef de Partie to join our team.Minimum 2 years experience is required.The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment. Ensure that the production,preparation and presentation of food are of the highest qualities at all times.Duties include assisting head chef in food preparation,cooking & dish plating.Responsible to supervise junior chefs.Monitoring food and waste control and responsible for food hygiene.
