Restaurant Manager
Beshoffs Sea Grill have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Assistant / Restaurant Manager to join our Seafood Restaurant Team
This role will particularly suit an energetic, commercially-minded person who is looking for a long term opportunity to develop their career. You will work closely with the Manager and Owners to develop the business as well as managing day-to-day operations and leading our front of house team.
First and foremost you’ll have a genuine passion for delivering Exceptional Customer Service Every time!
You will need:
5 years relevant experience in the hospitality sector
Hold a third level qualification in the hospitality management
An Excellent Customer Service Track Record
Natural leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills
Take a hands on Approach
Be a Great Team Player and Motivator
Be commercially aware with deliverable KPI’s
Excellent Organisational Skills
Reliability, hard work and customer focus
A Great Attitude and Drive to succeed

Salary €30,000 per annum / 39 hours per week
