Warehouse Operations Manager

The Fruit People Limited is looking for a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. Responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; maintaining a clean and organized working environment; continuously review and enhance operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs; planning and coordinating daily staffing requirements based on production demands; managing, training, and motivating a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of efficiency and performance; implementing and enforcing quality control standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food distribution industry; strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team; excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; knowledge of inventory and warehouse management software systems; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
