Facility Manager

Blacktree is a private equity investment company. Now, we are running managed offices in Ireland and hiring a facility manager administrator to support business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with facilities management companies and vendors to handle facility issues;
• Supervise contractors to complete planned and reactive maintenance and repairs on time and to the standard;
• Maintain properties to acceptable conditions utilizing approved M&E, cleaning, security, fire, utility, architect and waste services to ensure the site is fully operational at all times;
• Ensure Health & Safety practices and procedures are in good order;
• Proactively fix issues and advise on improvements;
• Conduct other required property management and facility maintenance duties.

Qualifications and Skills:
• 5-year experience is required in large commercial property;
• Proficient in general property management and facility maintenance;
• Full knowledge and experience with regulations related to fire, security, safety and health in commercial property management;
• Well-organized and good written and spoken communication skills in English;
• Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative and a good team player;
• Good attention to details, reporting and presentation;
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
• Able to be flexible and work under pressure;
