Office Administrator

A Co Dublin Engineering Firm require a person to work on a part time basis as an Office Administrator/Secretary. The role involves the following: reception duties and answering of telephones; Issuing, receiving and filing of documents. Preparing of documentation (Letters/Fax/Email/Reports etc.). Setting up appointments/meetings. Management of all post. Management and ordering of office stationary. Requirement: Previous experience in an Architectural or Engineer practice preferred. Excellent customer care. Motivated, organised and responsible individual. Able to work alone and part of the team. CAD preferable but not essential. Preferably 2/4 years office experience. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Explorer. Fluent English, both written and oral essential.
