Chef de Partie

Yan & He Catering Limited T/A Yangtze Cafe & Restaurant located at The Ground Floor, Manhattan, Ballyfermot Road, D 10, D10E068, is currently recruiting for motivated Chef de Parties to join the team in our kitchen team. The candidates will be responsible for producing a variety of food dishes to the highest standards of preparation, production and presentation. The duties are involved:
Ensure all food preparation meets standards.
Prepare and present high quality food
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins.
39 hours of work per week, annual salary is €30,000
